I just bought my '00 Tib last month. It had 53,000 miles on it and was only asking about $8,000 for it. That mileage was a HELL of a lot better than what I had on my '00 Cavalier. (74,000) I would've taken that exchange anyday! Mine is also a 5 speed and runs great. Hasn't been wrecked or anything. The car was previously owned by one of those car rental places. Interior is in awesome shape and I have no problems with it. I love my Tib.

49k miles on it and 8k bucks tops? Wow, I only had 20k miles on my car when I bought it and got it for 8,888, so I would say don't go tops on that. Mine was a 2000 and in execellent condition!
