Veilside Silvia S14 *85% complete*

My 2nd "real" model. It's the Fujimi Veilside S14. Paint is TS-17 aluminum. So far, everything is temporarily taped together with masking tape and hopefully, I'll put everthing together after I get some new rims from HLJ. Should I get Model 5's or TE37s? The paint job isnt the best (is there any hope for a mirror finish if i use sandpaper and compound?). Uhmm, everthing is painted and finished except for the suspension. Muffler is scratchbuilt with plasic tubes. Enjoy.

I regret putting on this ugly wing. I thought it was cool at first, but ehh...

Please give me some feedback.thx for tuning in.

Re: Veilside Silvia S14

The paintjob may be not so shiny, but so clean, I must admit on some pics it makes this thing look real!.... Nice job!!!!

Re: Veilside Silvia S14

Looks good so far.Something big and chrome would look better than the ones you suggested.Suit the the Veilside body kit lines better(see my Veilside S15).Try narrowing the track as well, that would definately improve its looks. Keep up the good work mate.

Looks good You can definitely get more shine out of it just w/ the compound...I don't know if you clear-coated it but if you haven't that helps a lot too (well for me it did). Also, some metal foil or silver paper in the headlights would make them stand out more.

Lookin' good.

I love that model, but it is so unfortunate that the wheels are so minute!! I would say that fujimi's Futura wheels would suit that so much better.
