trunk rattle?
Hey right now I have a shitty little 87 Subaru GL for my first car, my parents though buying me a system would make it easier to break to me that that's what I had to drive when I got my license so they took me out and bought me a system well one problem it rattles every little god damn bolt in the car and from the outside the trunk rattles and sounds like shit really bad and next weekend I'm buying a 94 Integra GS-R that I know and I'm wondering if it'll do the same in that?

well i have a 15 inch kicker comp vr and i do not have any rattling what so ever. integra's are great cars to add a system to. just b/c of the hatch. but there is this special stuff, im sorry tht i forgot what the name is, that you can line your trunk with to help absorb the bass, but let it go towards the front of the car. i'll tell you this that my teg turns heads when i have my system up.

Yeah, you can line your trunk with Dynamat, or any kind of sound dampening material, and it'll lower the level of sound outside and stop some rattle.

Re: trunk rattle?
take off both front and rear licences plates, put some single sided foam tape, nothing to thick and line everywhere around the plate that it does come in contact to, or could come in contact to when its mounted to the car, thats the main rattle on most cars
