Unhappy 96 exp. sport-manual trans shifting problems

sometimes the clutch engages early, and sometimes I have to go to the floor. totally at random. Today started bad, by the end of the day it was shifting fine. when its bad I have a very hard time getting into any gear.?!? No strange sounds. Fluids have always been fine, no leaks.

Re: 96 exp. sport-manual trans shifting problems

I have been having the same difficulty. I have replaced the clutch 3 times and no help. The clutch seems to want to engage right at the floor and I have been told that this can not be adjusted. Does anyone know if this is correct?
