I have a 1996 Monte Carlo Z34 , which is currently up for sale on auto trader for 6000.
I Pulled off the old springs and put whole new suspension with lowered springs, they are really nice and ride hard just like i want it.
I also put a grand into the Exhaust, which are borlas with tips, I have a venom chip and a K&N on the engine. I was going to get an intake but I am selling it so I am not going to spend any more money on it. I loved my car, but I have a new love for the GTP. It has lots of get up and go and sounds so nice.

I am not sure if it's my fuel pump or what but when I floor my car or press the gas really hard the car takes off and then slows down at 70 and then kicks back up and 75 and then slows down at 90, can anyone tell me whats going on

I noticed something similar on my monte. It seems as though it has something to do with RPM. At 70 your just shifting into 3rd and your rpms drop. I think that something kicks in more power at like 3500-3700 RPM's. It might be the injectors kicking in more fuel, but I'm no mechanic. I think the factory computers also cut your power around 100, at least mine seems to. It'll pull hard right to 100 then it feels like the computer slows it down even before the speed limiter.

As far as dropping the 3.8L supercharger on your 3.4, I've been told it's not possible. However, If you really want some power, check out this site: www.l67swap.com . It's not all that expensive to drop a supercharged 3.8L in there.

I've heard the price for the swap is around $3,000 including labor, which is less than most supercharger kits cost alone.

I have almost the same done as you.
I have z rated tires which are great, lowered the car with new suspension, very hard suspension that feels like a race car. I put borlas with tips too, sounds sweet. But recently I put a cold air intake which made my monte sound so much sweeter and busty. I put fake hood scoops on it, whith the intention of cutting them out but never did. I am getting a chip for it soon. But i was wondering if you noticed any difference with the chip. I love the monte carlo very much but the gtp is my new love, which is what I am saving up for.
