91 SL Want to turbo it up
I have a 91 3000gt SL (stock). I think a car like that only having 220 hp is a shame. So I want to mod it up.My goal is to get it to about 350hp. I was thinking of turbo's of some sort. I know it'll need a new exhaust. Now my engine has about 70 k on it. So What type of preperations should i do to get it ready to handle a turbo or twin turbos. (The timing belt will be changed before i do any of this) I have basic knowledge of cars (can fix stuff on my own). i just never helped someone turbo a car or other mods like that. THANKS in advance

Take a look around the threads. This question has been asked a hundred times and a few of them are still visible on the first page.
You're not likely to get 350hp by doing the swap. You'll also never get the front tires to put that much on the pavement.

Yeah, yogs is completely right...as per usual. However, with 70k, I would definantly do the whole 60k tuneup if you haven't already. If you have, then check the timing belt, spark plugs and wires. Clean and balance your fuel injectors and you should be good.
