Track times

hey guys whats up , im a noob at this site but a Senior at others.ive known about this site for some time , but couldnt sleep and thought ahh fuck it ill register.

Anyway me and a few friends went to go run our cars at the track , we got tired of the no im faster scenrio. Anyway i have a 90 DX h/b , Preety tricked out , Nice electron blue paint , ww rs kit , racing seats etc. It was JRSC but the damn thing broke so i sent it back to have work done , when i went this time it was N/A from the 13.3-13.4 range i was hitting@6psi, that was with 14 inch steelies, and minor weight reduction, weighin in at 2109 at the gas scales with a half tank=)

Well it was my b16 hatch with i/h/e and itr valve train at the time, my friends 93 civic Si with a b18c GSR motor i/h/e 17"s, my friends 97 GSR i/e,and my friend in his b18b1 CRX with i/h/e.

in line we were matching it perfectly so we run up against each other, the first time i ran my buddy in the rex with the b18B, i was running drag radials he was running nitto"s. I waxed him good , i got a 2.1 60ft , he got a 2.3, i ran a 9.1 1/8th of mile to his 9.6, 1/4 times were me in at 14.4@97 mph to his 15.0@92 mph . I was suprised i ran over a half second faster than him.

I ran my friends 93 civic Si next , i ran a 2.2 60 ft this time with a 1/8th mile time of 9.199 though , almost a 9.2 , and a 14.4@96 mph this time though, to his 2.2 60 ft 9.2 1/8th mile and a 14.7 run at the end. I thought he would be quicker , but the car does weigh a lil over 2300 and with him , 250 in it , it doesnt help to much. Those are the cars i got to run but here are our best times.
Me 14.3@97 mph
b18ci Si 14.5@96 mph
97 GSR 14.9@93 mph
b18b1 rex 14.8@92 mph

My best 60ft was the 2.1 , and my best r/t of the day a lousy .687 .

Re: Track times

nice times, the rex should be alittle quicker about 1-2 tenths of a second but if it was your first times at the track im sure they will go down

your car looks hott, you should get rid of the steelies tho
