Peace

I'd like to disown soyo too. . .
I still say car comparisons are pointless, it's all about whats real, not what could be.

I remember this quote from someones sig around here.

Arguing over the internet is like the special olympics, because even if you win you're still retarded.

I must admit some mustang forum people really surprised me with the their vehemence and flaming, I understand that Soyo started it and im not saying hes not retarded (because we all read the thread), but the guys in the camaro forum were a hell of a lot nicer, understanding, and hate monger free.

On a positive note. . . Those new retro mustangs look pretty badass, although I think that new cobra is gonna have to grow on me first.

Re: Peace

As a person that posts in both of these forums I'd have to say that both cars are good in their own ways. I had a Cobra and the 0-60 was nice, but I now own a 91 rx-7 and it handles great with decent power. Both cars are nice thats all there is to it.

Amen, to DevoutWankelist's comment on car comparisons being pointless. I'm still new to this forum stuff but I'm not new to cars or racing. I want to make clear that I don't know anything about the specific issue D.W. was refering to but I've done enough racing at the track and on the street to know that there are ALOT of idiots out there. Even at the track when I'm sitting in the stands, I'm can't believe some of the stuff I hear. People talking loud about stuff they have no clue about, trying to impress those around them. If people want to talk about whether car A is faster than car B, have at it. But there are usually so many variables involved in any race, that the question really is pointless.

Re: Peace

Threads of this nature that continue where a locked thread has left off is typically frowned upon. There was a reason they originally was closed, and now this one will be too.

Now to go on and say,
Quote:
I must admit some mustang forum people really surprised me with the their vehemence and flaming
is plain ignorant, because 97% of the posters in that thread have NEVER posted in the Mustang forum prior to that thread and had just happened to crawl out of the wood work for some reason.
