2006 Deville

About the 2006 Cadillac Deville (Possibly 2007), will it be a RWD offer instead of the current FWD, so that it will possess a better position to compete with the Lincoln Town Car?

P.S. This is referring to the next generation of the Deville.

The 2006 DeVille will remain the only FWD Cadillac sedan until it is overhauled and debuts perhaps in 2008. it will then be RWD. mabey they will move it upmarket to compete with the Audi A8 (AWD), BMW 7 Series (RWD), Merc S Class(RWD), Jaguar XJ (RWD, i think) , Lexus LS (RWD).
