increase performance??

not that i am getting them yet... but will i notice any better performace from stock tires/rims, to the corvette z06 tires/rims(Size (front) 17x9
Size (rear) 18x10.5)? it will be much wider and stuff...right?

the tires you prolly would notice a little better grip, im not sure what they put on the vettes, however your not gonna see any performance gain from the wheels. the only reason you might is if they are lighter than the stock ones, in which it still wouldnt be very noticable...

0-60, no difference, whatsoever, cruizing rpm might be a bit lower,like 50-100rpm cuz the larger wheel dosnt need to turn as fast to cover the same difference, not going through calculations here. however the rims are wider, and come with Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. much better traction for driving down windy roads. youll notice that difference.

and also, to my knowledge, the rear vette tires wont fit a camaro, definatly not a third gen, dont konw about fourth gens.

from what i heard from my uncle it reaches the limits, so it should be fine...(and there are 4th gen w/ z06 rims pics of em on ebay)
and you guys dont think that the chrome z06 rims on ebay the replicas or real will chip off?

if your refering to handling then yes cause a taller wider rim and lower profile tire has less tire roll.

????? the wheel might come off if you drag it????? um, never heard of such a thing, so long as you torqe them properly, i mean, its not like hes got a blown hemi or nuthin.
