Eibach Springs + Tokico Illumina Shocks for $400

I am looking at some Tokico Illumina 5-way Adjustable Shocks & some Eibach Sportline Springs to lower my car, cost is $400, should I jump on this? is this a good deal? also is this all I will need to lower my car or should I get anything else? Camber kit? Thanks
