best coilovers?
i am planning on getting an eclipse and i was wondering what are the best true coilovers (not just the springs) for a 95 GSX

I'd say the best bang for the buck would be Ground Control coilovers (www.ground-control.com). If you wanna spend more then A'PEXi N1's are decent, Blitz, HKS, and GReddy also make 'em too. If you wanna go all out then Penske and Ohlins are hard to beat I doubt they make a DSM application regularly since they're high end, but I'm sure they do custom orders.
