programing a remote

Does anyone know how to program a remote to an 02 Alero? The previous one was lost. I have a gm remote.

A mechanic with a code reader will be able to reprogram the remote to the car. you will have to have all remotes reprogrammed at the same time and the code reader has to have the latest program .
