spec v shift problems

I got a 04 spec v. I know the shifter is notchy but it seems to be harder to shirt into 2nd and 4th gear. the shifter seems to hang up a bit and doesnt go into gear as smooth as the foward shifting gears. however 3rd gear when i shift it im getting 2 clicks to get it in gear. Does this trans need to be broken in ? i only have 1200 miles on the car. or is this just how the trans is? does anyone else have this problem?

one of the reasons you bought a new car was for the warrenty. so take it to the dealer and tell them to fix it. dont worry about stuff you dont have to.
