To use a basic economic concept: oportunity costs. Is she really worth those 3 min or whatever to get pissed about what she does? After what she did to you her value should be 0 (as far as you are concerned). therefore any minute wasted getting pissed about what she does is a minute worth of gain lost.

So use those minutes watching TV or anything else, it will be more worth it.

Act like you don't care,when you see her,be polite.Say hi,bye,things of that nature.Never let a woman know that she got to you.Especially since it's obvious she does not give a damn.So,my advice is act the same way.See if you can go out with some other girls.If possible let her see you having a good time without her.
