my car an Acura integra 97 gsr

I am asking anyone who reads this for there help. I have a gsr and yeah its an alright car.Ive had problems with my car and wanted some help on solving this one.My car when i start it up it doesent really start up it just sounds and feels like it was switched on. And when it is on it idles at 100 to 200 rpm not even at 800 rpm where it should be at and if I try to hit the gas the car dies It only happens when the car is really hot or if the car has been stoped and driven all day long if you have any ideas on solving this prob let me know please thanks.

if when your gassing it if you shift in the lower rpm range say around 2500 and you bog alot - then you could have what happened to me, i have a 96 gsr and there was a recall that had something to do with the exhaust and my car had those kind of symptoms - i took it to my local inskip and they fixed everything for free and gave me a tune up - take it to an acura dealer and see if thats your problem
