Tire changes

Hello... With the weather clearing it's getting close to the time to change back to all season tires. My snow tires were installed by Goodyear, so I have no idea what torque to use on this 99 Camry.

I've read on AF that tire nuts too tight can actually cause warping to the rotors. So I would like to apply the proper torque and avoid any possible problems.

Thank you,
Bill

Re: Tire changes

Information should be in the owner's manual.

After going through the manual back and fourth a couple of times, I found out what torque to use on the wheel nuts. One line as a footnote to a tire pressure chart. For my 99 Camry, 77 foot pounds of torque is correct.
