1999 silverado front end vibration

I own a 99 silverado 2500 extended cab 4x4 and am experiencing a vibration in the front end. Usually after braking it starts. Then it gets better when turning steering wheel and starts again upon straighting out. It also stops with gentle pressure on brakes.

I had the brakes checked and they were ok.

It has new tires on it also and still vibrates.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks in advance

Re: 1999 silverado front end vibration

check the balljoints, wheel bearings and the rest of the steering components(tierods, idler/pitman arms) also make sure the rims aren't bent. most vibrations are caused by tires being out of ballance you could check this by swapping the front& back tires.
