DSM Injector install questions

Trying to install DSM 450 injectors,

First question - You have to make the rubber seal for the O rings bigger, do you have to make the other hard plastic thing under the seal bigger or is that a stop for the injectors?

Second question - I was told that I need a S-AFC or Hondata or something to run these, Now Do I absolutly need one? I just bought a new 12:1 FMU yesturday to replace my 10:1 and I dont want to have to replace that since its about half the price of a S-AFC and a day old. But I was also told that it would run fine under throttle, just it would idle wierd.

Third question - Can I use wiring clips from a older Civic (Style with the reistor box) for these injectors?

BTW, I am using 10 ohm; 10 watt resistors.

Kyle
