what's the most NOS i could shoot on a 99 Civic EX engine with only an AEM CAI?

They say to use a 50% rule...
Your motor is 100hp... you can use a 50 shot of NOS Your motor is 160hp... you can use an 80 shot of NOS etc.

well, the sohc vtec engine is ~130 hp... so 60 or 70? i don't wanna blow the hell out of the thing.

I think I read that the D16Y8 engine can safely tolerate up to 200hp. However, I'm unsure if the tranny can lay it down safely.
At the very least, a 50 shot will do nicely... or the 50% rule.
