Well since no one want to help you (because this is in FAQ) I will tell you, open your picture in that folder on AF where you saved it and copy the link under the picture, then go in to the massage (where you want to put your picture in) and click on that icon "Insert image" (looks like mountain with sun) and just paste the link that you have copied.
