Brand Name or no brand name!!

Ok Im very torn between what I want to do. W/ my turbo set up, im trying to make a list of all the parts I want to get. Now for the manifold, I dont know if i should go w/ this one I found on eBay for $175 or the Drag for $450. The one on eBay has balanced pipes, yet it is steel. I read somewhere that cast iron is better because it wont crack easily. The drag is cast iron. If the one off of ebay cracks, im screwed cuz I'll need to replace it w/ the good drag one. If some1 could help me decide what I should go w/ and why when buying the manifold thatd be great. Also what brand of turbochager would u recomend. I was thinking either Garret or Turbonetics. I'm gonna get the T3/T4. Also, with the intercooler, I wanted to go w/ spearco but those a pretty expensive. I want a fairly big intercooler becuase it will work better and it gives it that better look. I dont want a small one and have a stock evo look goin on. I was thinkin probably 10" tall, tell me if you think that will be pretty good. Is the spearco any different than the others? I'm going to weld the pipes up using some 90° bends and such, my 2 friends and I are experienced fabricators. If someone could just give me the low down on what i should go w/ thatd be great. heres my list so far.....

Drag Turbo Manifold
Turbonetics T3/T4 TURBO
Hondata s200
Custom Downpipe
Tial Wastegate
HKS Blowoff Valve
Custom Intercooler Piping
Oil feed An fittings and steel braided lines
Silicon Hoses
Spearco Intercooler
MSD Boost Timing Manager
440 cc fuel injectors

If got all that for $3200 picked out, mainly off of ebay.
Thanks for your help and opinons

didnt really read what you posted, but ill respond to your title.

remember, brand name parts will (sadly) always get you more points at shows. and of course you got the reliability factor of well known parts.

I have the drag manifold and it has been great so far, it locates the wastegate low enough that it clears the hood and the way it is make causes the turbo to spool really quick (full boost at 3k rpm). For a daily driver I would definately say go with the cast mani because it is harder to crack them, but for a race car the steel would be better because they usually have smoother bends and make the turbo spool even easier.

Re: Brand Name or no brand name!!

Also, when they say .60 AR and 60 trim, are those the same thing?
