fiberglass speaker pods (progress pics)

Well, it took me almost a year to finally get around to finishing them up, but here they are:

A little finish sanding and they're ready for the paint-booth. Then they're ready for the Focal 5 1/4" coaxials...

Next, I'm re-designing and re-building the fiberglass sub box/amp rack...

I've been on here every day, but usually not for very long. My hatch has been in storage for the past few months, so since it's not around all the time, I'm not really thinking about this stuff, so I don't usually have much to post. Plus, just started a new job last week working 10 hours a day, so I've been pretty busy.

Anyways, I will certainly post some pictures as soon as they are painted and installed.

I'm redesigning the sub-box because I wanted to incorporate an amp rack into it, and change the design a bit. Plus, the first version of it kinda turned out shitty since it was my first fiberglass project, so I really want to do it again and try a few things differently.

Looks very nice!

Makes me wish I had the time to learn to use fiberglass.
