Question Need Tourque Info.

What is the correct tourque for the wheel nuts? I am getting brake plusing and think the wheels were put on with a air gun and over tightened so I want to reinstall them and don't know what tourque I need to tighten them to. I'm hoping they haven't warped the rotors, but probable have.
Thanks
