2004 Quest climate control question
We have a 2004 Quest SE wth climate control. When the car is first started, the icon showing the direction of the airflow indicates "floor" as well as "front window defroster." Is this normal? Doesn't the "front window defroster" mean the air conditioner is running?

I noticed the auto function in the climate control takes some extra steps. If you have it set on auto and your car is heating it auto-maticaly selects the floor and the defroster for venting. If the car is cooling it will select the middle vents. Of course this can be overiden by turning off the auto function.
