Advice on glass

has anyone ever used foam to make kickpods? Say for instance if you were to shape the foam, wrap it in foil and then glass it?

Re: Advice on glass

generally foam is used as a foundation for a piece that has a unique shape and the foam is not removed. Kick panels are easy enough that using foam would be in my opinion a waste of time. check out the fiberglass forums on forums.caraudio.com
