CTR pistons?

OK, I have been thinkin about changing my pistons to ctr pistons to boost the comp a bit, anyway Whenever I find them they are always listed as being able to fit any B16 or B18, ny question is will they fit my B17? I think that all that is different is the stroke. i think the bore is like 205 mm or something simmilar to that. so anyway if I pick up a set of genuine or aftermarket ctr pistons will they fit into my block and bolt onto stock length rods without clearence problems.

Also whats the main differences between my B17 block and similar year B blocks? I mean it is a bitch to find parts for this engine, so i'm wondering if it really matters I mean if I buy a header for a B18A will it bolt onto my B17A? or cams? will cams for other B's fit my B? just curious cus I finally have a bit of money to spare and i can't find shit for the B17

Re: CTR pistons?

ok, first off, i i'm not sure, but i think that your b17 block might be more similar w/ the b18 block (seeing as it is comming out of an integra). secondly, how do you figure that changing the cams will raise compression ratios? i've never heard of that happening before, but please correct me if i'm wrong.
