quick question about relays and such
what the hell do they actually do? and is it absolutely necessary to have one for fog lights? my last set didnt have a relay but this set does...
i'm thinking that because of this my alarm fucks up when the lights are off. anyone wanna shed some light on exactly how a relay works please! thanx

Re: quick question about relays and such
relays are meant to either isolate whatever it is you are hooking up to the rest of the car's system or to be able to use higher amperage than what the switch can provide. You could always wire them direct through the switch but it'd probly melt over time.
