Might be getting a GSR!!!!

I found a GSR in the classified's, and it sounds like an absoule STEAL! 95 couple, 77k miles, leahter (dont know if that comes standard or not) for, get this, 7900. I bought my weak 96 LS auto for 7800 with 95k miles! Does this sound fishy or should I REALLY investigate? Its a local dealer, small one, so I might just be able to do a straight up trade. I heard dealers like autos because they are easier to sell. I've been looking for a manual ever since I bought this auto, and better yet, a GSR. My friend says that it has a "fake" carbon fiber hood on it, meaning a snazzy paint job, but if that is so, I'll buy a real one. I just hope its in a good condition because of that asking price. Probably worth looking at, but keep your fingers crossed!

Re: Might be getting a GSR!!!!

that sounds like a decent price, i got my 95 GSR without leather and 78K for 6K and in mint condition, the only thing i would worry about with that car, is if it has any mods done to it, which meant it might have been raced or just drivin hard. just my .02 though

damn man 6 k for a 95 gsr with 78k miles on it look that up in the blue book, thats one hell of a deal, i paid 6800 for my 96 with 89350, and true watch out for mods, especially a fake? carbon fiber hood - rice means it was raced by someone who probably beat the shit out of it

Re: Might be getting a GSR!!!!

yea we got an awsome deal on it, never been wrecked and only had one owner with about 9K miles a year which is low. yea i didnt think about that bad driver/ricer relation, chances are if they rice it out they have no idea how to drive it and tore it up
