I have a 1990 nissan sentra. It has the 12 valve engine. Sparks are good, electric fuel pump is working, I can hear it under the back seat. Fuel makes it all the way to the hose that connects to the carburator. It cranks but doesn't start. Fuel filter has about 3 months.
If I pour a little amount of fuel directly inside the carburator, then it starts and runs only for a few seconds (or until burns the poured fuel). One more thing, the car was stopped for about 2 months. I'll appreciate any help provided here. |
