I got a chance to race one of them right after they came out. It still had the window stickers on it and dealer tags. Anyway I took him by about 3 or 4 car lengths. I have a spyder which is about 400lbs heavier than the coupe. I did have an intake, downpipe and hi-flow cat at the time but I think that just about makes up for the extra weight. You never know...I think a lot of it will come down to the driver. Good luck!! I hope you show him what the dsm's made of!!!!

Tell him to quit talking shit and race your car. A GSX is AWD and would kill is sorry ass. If its a GS-T then he may have a chance, it would come up to who drives better.

ive got a friend with a stock rsx-s with nothing but an exhaust and ive got a stock gs-t with nothing but a cat back and exhaust and we raced on a good 100 yard stretch and i beat him off the line then he slowly creeped up to me but by the end of the run i was still in front, plus my cars an auto his is a standard
 so id say just as fast stock?
