I saw a 2nd generation explorer running round town that looked like the front torsion bars were cranked to give more clearance, and the rear end was slightly lifted as well. It looked fantastic! I want to lift my 99 sport the same way. Then mabey a set of 31" tires might work. Any suggestions on how to do this?

turn the torsion bolts in the front, and add warrior shackles on the back
