Talking Which bike is the better starter bike??

I am tryin to get a nice small 600. I wanna start off slow. I have rode my dads zx1100, but it is too heavy for me. I wanna start off smaller. who do u think has the best 600 bike?? Help needed??

Well IMO the R6 is the best 600 sportbike for many reasons. But it all depends on what you like. And as far as power the 600 sportbikes are all so close in power given the same class. But you cant go wrong with any of them, except a GSXR, I hate those bikes.

I loved my yamaha yzf 600r, note not R6 but 600r. They can be had in 97+ for around $4000.

If you are keen on 600ccs, go to dealers and sit on all of them. For example, R6's feel cramped for me at 5'10", but CBR600s are somewhat comfortable.
