1997 Civic EX VS 1988 Prelude SI?

i have exhaust and a short shifter on my civic and hes was stock but ahs 140hp

i raced him twice but the first time he missed a gear and i took him by a lot. we lined up at the next light and i jumped on him and kept pulling through first and second and i was up a full carlength when he let off.

thats my first real kill

btw hes a manager at my work and all he ever did was call my car a grocery getter and that hed take me
