I have some Castrol Super Clean

I didn't even know I had it until I looked in the cabinet under the sink. How long should I leave a model in the CSC? What type of container should I keep it in? I may finally be able to work on my Ferrari F50 again. I painted it yellow at first because I have the Tamiya Yellow version, but i changed my mind and decided it should be red. Oh man I am a rebel.:bandit:

I keep mine in its own jug.

I soak my parts for a couple hours. You can always open it and see if the paint is coming loose yet; if not, leave it longer...

Thanks for the link.

Well I have to say that I am impressed with the CSC. It took the paint right off my F50. It was amazing.

Everything would have turned out perfect if it wasn't for my stupidity. After I stripped the paint I had the pieces soak in soapy water for a day. The next day I decided to rinse them off. I figured it would be easier just to use the sink. I bet some of you know where this is going. While I was holding on to the rear view mirror (oh that poor little innocent piece) I dropped it and watched it swim away down the drain. I was too careless and didn't take the proper precautions. Damn it all. Who needs mirrors anyways? When you are going 200 mph the only way you should be looking is ahead of you.

Update:

I managed to get the piece out of the sink. All is well again.
