Unhappy 94 Buick lesabre abs light blinking-wont come out of park!

somebody please help! i bought a 94 buick lesabre the car was running great. i loaned the car to a friend who decided he would fix the factory radio which didn't work.he started playing around with the fuses and got it to work.two days later when i came to get the car, it's stuck in park and the abs light is blinking. does anyone know what's wrong? we tried to reverse what he did and can't fix it..please help.

First off, are you aware that you have to have your foot on the brake to get it out of Park???
