Having trouble with inspection!

Well I have a 95Lx accord with a jdm H22A swap in it, intake, headers, exhaust. It's kitted with a ground designs 2000 body kit, short shifter and many other aftermarkey products. I'm from New Jersey and I'm having a problem finding a place that will inspect my car. I have yet to take it to DMV because I figure if I take it and they fail it: No private inspection stations will pass it. So pretty much I'm wondering if anyone from New Jersey knows of someone anywhere in the state where I can get a sticker for my car. The deuce deuce was dropped in this past year and I still have yet to find a private station that will give me a sticker. If anyone knows of anywhere that I can get it done email me please. Thankyou
