Question Exhaust pipe size needed.

I am soon going to upgrade my exhaust from the headers and back. I have the 2.0 inline 4 in my 95 626. I need to know what is the best pipe size to put in for best performance. I'm thinkin 2.25 or 2.5 Does anyone have a clue?

Re: Exhaust pipe size needed.

I have a 2.5 v6 and my stock pipes were ;/2.25 if you run mutch more on the 2.0 without doing some engine tuning your car will run junky, suggestion, get headers and then put on pipes / as determined by your local performance guru's.
