Repaint job

sup guys

just bought a 91 mr2 n/a. the turbo's too far beyond my reach for now so i'll have to make do with n/a. anyways im looking forward to adding some modifications to it....95 taillight conversion, kit, etc, but it has a bad shade of red with chip paint and scratches on it right now so i'd like to consider repainting it in the near future. Does anyone out there know how much repainting should cost? or what's a good body shop...maaco? i live in long beach ca if anyone knows a good local shop there.

looking at the vin number i see that the original factory paint is also red, but i would prefer a nice shade of blue instead. i may have to sand it down since the original color wasnt blue.
