Question PCM Location Please

Where is the PCM located in my car I need to replace it. Its is a 94 Olds 88 Royale 3.8L v6. A friend told me it was under the hood but that is the electronic brake system, he must be wrong. I know that the computer diagnostic hookup is under the driver seat console (under wheel) near the fuses. Is the PCM around that area or is it somewhere else?

Thanks alot! Ive been needing to replace this damn thing for a while and I finally got enough cash to go to the junkyard and get one. Its the life of the college student.

it should be under the dash on the passenger side behind the glove compartment.
