Installing new gauge face
I just got new gauge face for my '99 Cavy. It didn't come with specific instructions for installation. How do I take the dash off and safely remove the stock gauge face and replace it with my new one?
Thx alot. |

Re: Installing new gauge face
Well if it's anything like the 2000 cavalier, you have to remove the top of the dash first then the plactic dash second. and you may be able to just place your new gauges over the stock ones, thats what i did and it still looks good. Dont remove the needles

Re: Installing new gauge face
yep, use a fork or something to pop them off gently.. make sure you mark all needle points, both when the car is on and off.
