DeCat Pipes
Just wondering if anyone here had fitted a cat replacement pipe to their celica yet?
I have just placed an order for one and was wondering if anyone had comments on them? what performance gains can I expect if any? ![]() This is the decsription that came with the part: "TAC CAT REPLACMENT PIPES TO FIT ONTO THE FOLLOWING CARS AND ARE MADE FROM PURE STAINLESS STEEL. THESE CAT REPLACEMENT PIPES ARE STRIGHT THROUGH DESIGNS AND NORMALLY 3.0" INSIDE DIAMETER (DEPENDING ON APPLICATION). THEY ARE DESIGNED FOR BOLTING ON AND OFF DURING M.O.T TESTING PERIODS, WITH JUST 2BOLTS ON EACH SIDE OF THE CAT Celica ST202 1993-1999" Heres a pic of my Celica GT..I have the 3SGE engine (Jap import 178bhp) ![]() Come on in and register in the forums!! |

Re: DeCat Pipes
Punching out the cat sucks. If you dont get all the busted pieces from inside it some can go down your exhaust and plug up your muffler. Get a high flow cat or get rid of the thing.
