Attention all RIvet Counters!

It's now March, and I'm thinking we're not meeting goals. I'm not pointing fingers, and I'm not going to say anyone's doing anything wrong, but I am curious as to what's up with you guys and as to why review contributions have been down.

So, what's the word?

Re: Attention all RIvet Counters!

most of the kits I have, have already been reviewed by me or someone else. and I have been slammed with personal bullsh!t on top of that.

besides buying kits that haven't been reviewed just to open the box and review them, theres really nothing more I can do. I'll go through my selection again, Im sure there's one or two I can still review.

Hmmm.... I'm seeing a common theme here.

"The kits I've built have already been reviewed."

Well, I don't want to ask you guys to have to buy kits just to review them. Hmm...........

I'm going to have to come up with some sort of solution to this. Maybe it's time I got in touch with some kit company/distributor sales representatives.

Re: Attention all RIvet Counters!

yeah! then they can give us each some free kits to review and we can be the premier kit review site and and...

that would be really cool if it happened.

we do need to revamp a lil I guess. let me know if I can assist.

I'd like to add, I'm currently working on a super stallion review. forgot everyone who's a counter, so didn't know who to tell. btw, has the fujimi itr been reviewed? if not, I'll review that one, seeing as I'm going to help Adam build his with a tamiya nsx v6.

I'm new here, what do you have to do to review a kit. Let me know if there is anything I can do. Mike.

Well, in order to become an official AF Rivet Counter, you'll need me to approve a sample review, as written by you, of a kit that hasn't been previously reviewed in the review thread.

I'll tell you now, I hold Rivet Counters to a high standard and any of these guys will let you know that I get on their cases if I see a mistake or feel they left something out.

I'd like to update my previous post, I'll be reviewing the Revell SuperStallion Mustang, 99 Cobra, REvell Enzo (american edtion), and that's all. I have started the reviews, but wil progress as the cars progress.
