Question Caddy Allante

my friend has been non-stop bragging about his dads 91' caddy allante
does anyone have performance numbers on it? i havent been able 2 find much info on it. any helps appreciated

If memory serves, they were never much of a performance car. They TRIED to compete against the lower level SL Mercedes. At the end, they were close to SL 500 numbers of the time.

Yea kratefans right.They werent meant to be performance cars.They were high luxury roadsters for there day.Kind of like the XLR is today.Very high priced.I would brag too because you can't get an 91 Allante for under $12K today.There very rere and valuable.

The sticker was over $57K. That's a lot of $$$ in 1991. This one is priced @ $9500, but has over 100K on the clock. $14,000 seems to be the average price for a lower mileage example.

Oh thanks for the correction krate.LOL.I left the under 100K miles out.I meant you can't really get a 91 Allante with under a 100K miles for under $12K.Now are you gonna go find a 91 Allante with 99K miles for $11,999?LOL,Im just messin around.
