2004 Super Duty

I am looking into a new 04 Super Duty 4 door. I would like to know any pros or cons on this truck. Any response would help.

Re: 2004 Super Duty

Don't get the 6.0L PSD! While they out power everything else, that's really no good unless it will make it off the dealer's lot.

They don't have engine "failures", as much as sensor and control issues that reduce it to an idle, without warning.

Re: 2004 Super Duty

ok guys, i work for ford trucks and heres the skinny. first, i would wait a few years on buying a truck with a 6.0, yes they have more power and are more quiet but, since they have come out we have had about 5 that we have had to replace engines in. just give them a few years to get the bugs out and then it should be a great truck.

as for the fuel milage question i have not a clue, i work on them and im a big ford fan but since i dont get behind the wheel of a 5.4L every day i dont have the slightest idea.
