Question How do you do an engine swap?

I know this might not have to w/ 240s but, I trust you guys you can answer my questions. First off, I hear a couple of guys from my high school claiming that they could do a complete engine swap(they're honda people, no offense but I hate the attitudes of honda people). What I want to know is...can you really do it by yourself or maybe have some friends to help you out? And if so...would a SR20DET be hard to swap into a 240sx? Thanks...
