Re: Changing Serpentine Belt
its VERY easy. all you need is a 15mm socket and a ratchet with a long handle. or a short/normal ratchet and a pipe that will fit over the handle. or wait, ok, its either a 15mm socket, a 13mm socket or a 3/8in square hole, like on the rear diff. cant remember exactly but its one of those. Find the idler pully that has a spring in it. it will be a pully on a swing arm mounted to the block. put the ratchet on it, and use common sense to figure out which way to turn it. the pull swings in an arc, and releaves the tension from the belt, allowing you to pull it off. put the new belt on the other pullys after taking the old one off, in the same place as the old one. then turn the pully back in to the loose position, and put the belt on, when you release the pressure on the pully, it will be held by the belt, and you are good to go.
