GRR! Stupid apartments.

So I ordered some paint from Tower Hobbies and it was deliverd via FedEx. Apparently, if no one is home, FedEx leaves the package at the front office of you apartment complex. Only, the front office here doesn't give a crap. So after three weeks (I usu. get stuff from Tower in a few days) I check it out, and FedEx has it listed as delivered 2 weeks ago, and so I go to the front office where they say FedEx puts delivered packages in the closet there, so I look and no package. Damn! Wasted $40 on paint I never got. I have half a mind to go kick the damn office. Twice. GRR! I would finishe this with a "does anyone else have a story" thing but I figure, there's no use disguising this post as it's pretty obvious I'm just pissed and want to vent a little. GRR! I want to bite them on the hand.

Re: GRR! Stupid apartments.

my apartment complex won't accept tenants pkgs. I remember my HLJ order was due for delivery (back when it was trackable ) and I called and asked them for that favor, they wouldn't help. been there 3 years and they can't even grab a pkg for me. that pissed me off!

Re: GRR! Stupid apartments.

Didn't require a signature. The USPS and UPS both leave them on my doorstep. FedEx tries to the right thing, but around here, it's just worse. If the morons in the office could be bothered to look at the packages as they come in and shoot off a quick phone call... a minute per call, I know all I do at work is make calls, then I would've gotten is. Lazy bastards.

If you are in the USA and orderd it from http://www.scaleracecars.com you would have received a shipping notice with a tracking link the day it was shipped so you would know when the package shipped and arrived.
It is one of the things we do for every order placed on the website and we do not charge for it.

Re: GRR! Stupid apartments.

I can vouch for SRC doing this and I always receive my packages without a problem.
In fact, when I was out of town one time, David contacted me and told me my package had been delivered.
