info on a 1990 gp

Hey first time posting on board I was wondering if any body knows how to program remotes for keyless entry for a 1990 gp I know I have it cause another gp parked next to me at mall one day and locked me in :P

I do not have a mall pgm fuse (or at least can't find it)
and I found 3 wires in my truck that look to be jumper type wires but none of em seem to carry and current with the car on or off and information would be greatly appreciated.
