Re: lots of help neede!

did you change the oil before putting her up? also, did you put anything in the gas?

if you didnt, drain the gas tank, then disconnect the fuel line from the engine and let the fuel pump pump any leftover gas from the lines. then change the fuel filter. gas cant sit that long, it goes bad.

also, if you changed the oil just before putting it storage, that was a good idea, but you are gonna have to change it again now. conventional oils have a life of about 3months or 3000 miles. you let it sit for 3 months, so you should change the oil.

another thing to check is the coolant. although its probably good, you wouldnt want to start it up and go with a low coolant level. depending on the temperature changes in storage, its possible that some of the water in your coolant mixture evaporated out of your catch can.

last thing i would check is surface rust on the brakes. not a serious issue, but if you have a good bit of rust on there, you dont wanna just take off fast down the block and expect the car to stop well, cause you could lock up the brakes from all the extra friction of the rust. take it slow at first and brake a few times, slowly pressing the pedal in each time to cut away all the rust.
